The Supreme Administrative Court opened proceedings for the recognition of illegitimate appointment of the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the Cabinet of Ministers and the formation of a coalition in the parliament.

Stadniychuk said that appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court guided solely by applicable law, such as the Constitution and the Law on the Regulation.

The MP said that the claim refers to the right to form a parliamentary coalition of factions, rather than individual MPs.

Stadniychuk also said that the decision to go to court adopted independently.
